After researching numerous SUPs, I opted for this one for my wife due to its price. It's fantastic – easy to fold, paddles well, and maintains balance. She primarily paddles on lakes, away from other boaters, without racing or covering long distances. It's spacious enough for her and her Shepard/Husky dog to enjoy together. I recommend purchasing a leash to keep the board connected if/when you fall off. Regarding inflation, a battery pump or DC Voltage pump can handle most of the work, but for optimal firmness, the last 15 to 20 pumps should be done by hand with the included pump – the last 5 can be a bit challenging.

I’ve been using this paddleboard for the past four days in two different San Diego locations: La Jolla and Point Loma. One thing to note is that it takes a lot of energy to pump up, and only gets harder as you get closer to 12 psi. I had to get help from my boyfriend, but it’s a great workout and worth it once you get in the water. I have a feeling the pump I received is faulty, as my boyfriend has a similar pump from a different company that works faster. The pump also arrived with an opaque casing over the gauge, as shown in the picture, so I had to pry it off to see the actual numbers. It’s as if the plastic melted or something, and I wasn’t able to get it to be clear.

As for the functionality of the board, it performs very nicely. It is a bit thin, so it takes a bit to get used to, but I got the hang of it quickly. I enjoyed using it in Point Loma and brought my dog along for her first paddleboard adventure too. With my 47-pound dog, I found it pretty easy to balance as long as she stayed still. The board is not slippery, so she didn’t have trouble staying on. However, I would not recommend using this paddleboard where there are more waves, such as La Jolla, as I fell over the minute I tried to stand up. You can sit down and kneel, but since it is so thin, it is not stable in rougher waters. I saw other people on wider boards who had no trouble standing up. I had a lot of fun getting knocked over by the waves on the way back to shore.

The board is super easy to pack up, and the backpack it comes with makes it more comfortable to carry. However, I don’t enjoy carrying the board itself when it’s blown up, as it hurts my fingers to carry it by the handle. All in all, this board is worth the money, and I’m very excited to take it on my trip to Lake Tahoe in a few weeks!

Great Value SUP! Excellent Customer Service!!

This stand-up paddleboard (SUP) offers a fantastic balance between quality and cost. While it may not be as stable as some others, it is a well-made inflatable option and one of the most budget-friendly choices. It may not be suitable for activities like yoga or handling waves/surf, but it's perfect for a day out on the lake or calm waters. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service from Ihubdeal. The SUP arrived promptly and well-packaged initially. A month later, when I encountered issues with the paddle, their customer service responded within a couple of hours and promptly shipped a replacement. This level of service is excellent and certainly a way to win over loyal customers like myself.

All good - except for the air pump

The actual board and paddle work wonderfully out on the ocean waters, and I couldn't be happier. The only significant issue I have is with the air pump. It seems to be either broken or has a leak, as it squeaks loudly and makes the pumping process awkward. Initially, I could tolerate it, and I was content to have a paddleboard. However, my boyfriend spent over 50 minutes pumping it recently, and it only reached halfway with the provided pump. I might consider replacing the air pump if I want to go out on the water again.

Pros: Lightweight, easy to pack, inflates relatively quickly (5-10 mins).
Cons: The pump itself is a bit loud, and I can hear an air leak (likely in the tube) when the psi is above 7. I would also consider this a great board for beginners in calm waters. I use it on lakes with a lot of boating activity (resulting in many wakes), and it's a bit challenging compared to other SUPs I've used. Nonetheless, I'm pleased with my purchase—it's well under $100 compared to other boards I've used. It's an excellent choice if you're just looking to have some fun on the water!
