99903 For Barton 22-Quart Pressure Canner PARTS LISTING

Should be 0 stars but ya know. I ordered this over 2 weeks ago. Got a confirmation email and that’s it. Tracking says it’s supposed to be shipped fedex but was given usps tracking that says it’s still awaiting the item. I have emailed twice to get what I ordered or get my money back and received no response. Thinking this is a scam and they don’t actually have anything to send.

Just got this 99903 canner and had problem with the gasket had a cut in it. The pressure gaga was defective as it was leaking on lid from inside of gage and the glass was getting water droplets in it.
Sent a request to their messaging and same day they responded to know what part. replied same day and same day it was shipping This was really FAST!!!!!!! No questions asked and I had asked them if they wanted defective parts back and nothing said. I am pleased with canner and pleased with the way they do business

My canner works like new with the new gasket. Thank you
