90166(1.5)/90167(2)/90168(3) Pool Pump PARTS LISTING

I cannot shut off my pump from the control panel, and it will not switch from manual to schedule due to not being able to shut off. What are your suggestions? Do I need a new control panel? Please help. The pump has been the best pump I have ever owned. I believe I need the control unit but can not get assistance on parts via email or call. US call [****] is a recording to reply with email @ [****] and the email responses say to call. I have listened to the message that there is high call volumes. I start at 9am eastern until 5pm. Same recording everytime and I wait untill the recording hangs up and on three different days. Please help! If I have to replace the whole pump due to parts issue, I would only rate a 1, if parts were available and customer service not an issue, I would rate the pump 5 stars.
