Contacted Customer service about a part I needed, very helpful, through and guided me to make my purchase quick and smooth. agent was very prompt with responses and very nice. Hard to get good customer service these days, Xtreme gets an A++ from me.

Since I bought my first unit I’ve had nothing but issues with the flow control sensor . At one point I replaced the entire unit. And again there was issues with the flow control sensor.
Through the years I have replaced the flow control sensor at least 4-5 times. Now I am being told you discontinued the unit. But why would you discontinue making the flow control switch since it’s always been an issue with your unit.

As per my original email, you said the sensor for that unit was available. I ordered two of them spent another $40. Only to find out that they are not made for my unit. I think as a good customer service , your company should reimburse me for at least the $40 I spent on the last 2 sensors. I recently purchased which are useless.

The plastic case and internal structure of this chlorine salt cell seem identical to the brand name. It functions equally well. However, the rubber end of the electrical plug was too large to fit into the control panel socket without significant shaving down. Longevity is yet to be determined.

I've been using this unit as a T-3 on an Aqua Rite Electronic Chlorine Generator since May 20, 2023. I replaced a Hayward T-5 with it, and I've interchangeably used the T-3 and T-5 over the years. It was a straightforward replacement, fitting exactly like the Hayward in my system. This seems to be a good value, costing less than half the price of a Hayward, but only time will tell how it performs in the long term.

An ideal replacement part, and we were pleased to discover that it came with a stand for cleaning, along with new fittings.
