75221 (60FT)/75222(48FT) DE FILTER 60FT GREY PARTS LISTING

On installing item I noticed the inlet/outlet connectors were missing. I contacted supplier and was informed they were out of stock. I tried an order from home Depot but wrong parts. I ordered from Xtremepowerus and paid $28 but again wrong items. I contacted their customer service and was informed they were out of stock and I could not return items ordered as they do not refund parts. I had no option but to return filter assembly to Xtremepowerus for refund. They should never allow an item with missing parts that even the manufacturer does cannot supply. I lost the use of my pool for 4 weeks and out of pocket around $100. I ordered new filter another manufacturer and received within 72 hours and installed in 2 hours. Awful experience would not recommend this manufacturer or supplier
