75141 PARTS LISTING POOL SAND FILTER 24"

My order was confirmed on June 16th and the shipping was stated as Fed Ex. On June 17th a shipping label was created through USPS. Okay fine, coming by mail. It arrived 5 days later in Indianapolis…50 miles from my location in Indiana. From there, it took 4 days to go to Nashville, TN! I contacted Extreme Power to complain on the 10th day. I was told it was a post office problem, despite that they said they were shipping Fed Ex. On June 28th it arrived in West Palm Beach Florida! The last update was on June 29th that said it was back in Indianapolis. Today is June 30th and I still don’t have it!! I’ll never order anything from here again. They basically said it wasn’t their problem, even though I pointed out that shipping was supposed to be through Fed Ex.

I call customer service, they instantly sent me a link of the product i was looking for. My order came in quick! I am totally satisfied.
