I am trying to order a nut to connect the PVC pipe to the xtremepower pump I purchased. They sent me the wrong nut. When I emailed customer service, only asking if I could get the right size nut for the model I gave them information for, they immediately responded that there are no refunds on parts. I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted the right nut so that I could get my pump running. Who ever was on the email from xtremepower, just kept sending me a link for parts for the pump itself, even though I explained that I needed the nut, sent them pictures, and diagrams. I asked if there was a phone number, so that I could discuss my needs with someone. They stopped responding to me after my request to talk t someone. I will never shop on this site again, and I highly recommend that you do NOT buy products from this company.
