After it was hooked up and running noticed water leaking. Upon investigating the housing at the change valve was cracked. Part leaks like a siv.

THE PART IDENTIFICATIONON YOUR WEB SITE ISN'T THE PART DELIVERED!! THE PART I NEED IF THE HOSE/PIPE ASSEMBLY FROM THE PUMP MOTOR TO THE FILTER, IT RESEMBLES A RADIATOR HOSE WITH CLAMPS.THATSWHAT YOUR WEB SITE DEPICTED. ALSO IT WOULD COST ME TWICE AS MUCH AS THE PART RRECEIVED TO RETURN IT.

I emailed your customer service the original part from when i bought this pump in 2017. They sent me a diagram of the right parts list to order from. I ordered a new head.It did not fit. I contacted customer service and they told me to force it. I sent them photos showing it would not fit even if i attempted to force it. Still no reconciliation as to getting the right part.
