No Nonsense Pressure Cooker/Canner

This basic canner worked flawlessly, and setting it up out of the box was easy. However, I deducted one star because there were no instructions on how to use the canner. The "Owners Manual" included various warnings and recipes for different items to can, but it lacked instructions on the actual canning process. I had to watch several videos on YouTube to learn how to use the canner. As a newbie to canning, I found it easy to use once I had the guidance.

An inexpensive PC but needs more weight.

I purchased this PC for mycology purposes. The generous capacity is excellent, and I've been using it on my induction burner without any issues. It would have been a 5-star product if it could reach 15psi out of the box. Fortunately, the pressure gauge seems accurate, and I addressed the issue using magnets and bottle caps. While you can invest an additional $25 in a 5-10-15psi weight, I opted for a more budget-friendly approach. I've been employing this product and method for about a year now, experiencing no contamination in grain or agar and encountering zero issues. I hope this information proves helpful to you.
