Variable Speed Pump

I purchased a variable speed 1.5 HP pump from Amazon; it died after less than 5 months of use. Amazon would not accept it as a return and the manual had no information regarding the manufacture so I bout the Xtremepower pump because I was buying directly from the manufacturer. The pump was easy to plumb and wire. The pump is nearly silent when it runs full speed. The pump has a great pre-programmed cycle. The manual has a lot of useful info and a contact phone to use if there are problems. If this pumps lasts a few years, i will buy stock in Xtremepower, this is how impressed I have been thus far. So far, it is a superior pump to any pump I have previously used.

Great pool pump

Pump is easily put in manual to run pump to get pool clean to open pool. Then scheduling pump to run at different lower speeds maintaining pool. Definitely going to pay for itself from one speed pump. 7 amps for 8 to 10 hours on old pump each day and new pump is around 4 amps give or take a few tenths of an amp running at a lower speeds that will maintain pool

I appreciate the performance of the product since its installation in July. However, I encountered an issue when the pool professional left the owner's guide on the ground, and it became soaked, causing the pages to stick together. Consequently, I couldn't register my product. Although I found the customer service number on the front page, my attempt to call resulted in a voice recording, and the call was abruptly disconnected. Unfortunately, I am unable to read the manual to learn how to maintain the pump. I hope this feedback reaches the company so they can enhance accessibility for their customers.

Encountered an issue with the initial unit, returned it, and acquired another that functions superbly. Dealing with this company was excellent. I highly recommend this company!

Apart from having to purchase additional PVC piping for proper alignment, the hookup was straightforward, and it runs exceptionally efficiently.
