85060 Electric Post Hole Digger PARTS LISTING

I have emailed customer service several times now about a missing part for the post whole auger I purchased through Home Depot and whoever is responding does not seem to understand how their product is put together and what I need to get it up and running. It is labeled as part #51 for Model 85060 on a picture of the auger on someone else site. The one sent to me from customer service in illegible.
