I purchased one of your pool ladders 4 years ago on Amazon. It's been a great sturdy pool ladder. Last winter I stored it inside a carport. We received a lot of snow and the roof caved in and broke both of my stair railings off of the 4-step base. I bought a new pool ladder locally, I didn't like anything about it. I was spoiled from my old stairs with wide, solid steps and sturdy railing. I researched Amazon and they didn't offer any parts. I checked the web for Xtremepower, located the 3 sections I required and ordered 2 sets, one for each side. Looks great, is solid, sturdy, and as good as new again.
