We received this chair broken, which is not necessarily Ihubdeal's fault; it could have happened during shipping. I contacted the company to inquire about a resolution. Initially, they mentioned they didn't have anything to send for chair repair. Given that this is a $300 chair, I didn't want it to look damaged on my patio, as it would ruin the overall appearance of the chair. After another email, Ihubdeal refunded the entire cost of the chair! This exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely pleased. With that being said, we plan to order another chair, and hopefully, it will arrive intact. We did sit in the chair, and it is exceptionally sturdy and comfortable. I purchased this swing as a retirement gift for my husband a couple of months ago.

Assembly: The assembly was very easy, completed in about 20 minutes. Despite my husband not being a fixer-upper or contractor type, we found it straightforward.

Sturdiness: I selected this swing for its size and sturdiness. The wicker/rattan-type material feels robust and holds up well when sat in. It accommodates my 6-foot-tall, 220-pound spouse comfortably.

Comfort: The cushion is comfortable, but the upper part pushes the head forward slightly, making it a bit uncomfortable. A slight adjustment to the upper part's curvature would enhance comfort.

Cushion Colors: Offering cushions in different colors would be a great addition.

Price: I got this swinging chair on sale for around $300, which I consider very affordable and a great find.

Overall, I would recommend this swing to others.
