Please be advised that I recommend the actual cleaner. It does a great job of suctioning the pool floor and walls however...The problem occurs when replacement tires are needed. The tires that are supplied with the pool have a much needed hump, which helps to prevent the vacuum from getting stuck in certain areas of the pool. I specifically requested the tires with the hump for replacement. In addition, I informed them that I was ONLY interested in the tires with the hump. TWICE, I was sent the tires that are void of the hump. It is virtually impossible to find original replacement tires from another manufacturer. The wheel size is non-standard (smaller), so other provider's tires will not fit. While I recommend the vacuum, I do not recommend the replacement wheels. The customer service is exceptionally poor, in fact, nearly worthless! If you purchase replacement tires and are dissatisfied, the replacement tires are NOT returnable. Again, the vacuum is great. the replacement tires...TERRIBLE!!!!
