this is a great chair, but...

We received this chair broken, which is not necessarily Ihubdeal's fault; it could have happened during shipping. I contacted the company to inquire about a resolution. Initially, they mentioned they didn't have anything to send for chair repair. Given that this is a $300 chair, I didn't want it to look damaged on my patio, as it would ruin the overall appearance of the chair. After another email, Ihubdeal refunded the entire cost of the chair! This exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely pleased. With that being said, we plan to order another chair, and hopefully, it will arrive intact. We did sit in the chair, and it is exceptionally sturdy and comfortable. A BIG THANK YOU to Ihubdeal for making things right!

AWESOME PURCHASE!!

I deliberated several times on whether to make the purchase, and I'm thrilled that I did. My patio has become my own little piece of heaven. Words can't convey how delighted I am with my decision. The instructions are relatively straightforward. As a single person, I didn't require any assistance in assembling the chairs.

I appreciate all its aspects; it's excellent, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Absolutely thrilled with it! It's durable, comfortable, and the assembly was a breeze. My only issue is that the strip wrapped around the outside of the chair was loose and falling off, but we're simply going to remove it.

Initially lacking 5 parts, making assembly impossible. Update: Received a free return, and it now functions perfectly!
